1 mile from downtown, patio w/ sunset view!

An absolutely magical and serene experience. Positive: The views are amazing, very cozy decorated! AND everything was close 5-8 minute drive away from everywhere! Negative: Everything was great about the property

Relaxing nature vibe when in and close to everything when going out. Positive: So clean, airy and bright. I loved the modern mix of boho and nature. Beautiful plants indoors and out. Full kitchen had every think needed. Roomy bathroom. Bonus: walking distance to a really great taco place! Negative: There’s nothing not to like!

Lovely place to stay when visiting Asheville. Positive: The location is wonderful - within walking distance of several restaurants and close to downtown. The neighborhood is quaint and interesting. The basement apartment is cozy and has everything a couple might need. The hosts are unobtrusive but nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

A spacious, well set-up top notch haven 6 minutes from downtown Positive: Beautiful set up, spacious, clean, comfortable, only 6 minute drive from downtown in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The little patio just outside the large patio doors was simply delightful in the morning, check out the double shower, and the owner so helpful with suggestions and availability to make sure everything was perfect. Negative: A tiny warning that the owners are upstairs and you will hear their footsteps and voices at times. Really nothing intrusive, and they provide earplugs AND a movie- cancelling machine if needed.

Kat was an excellent host! Whenever we had any needs, like refilling the propane for the outdoor fire pit, she was quick to respond. We spent close to a week here working remotely and the WiFi connection was working perfectly well. We walked downtown every afternoon to explore Asheville. Beautiful location tucked away but still close to the city. One thing to note is that the ceiling/walls are a bit thin but they’ve supplied a white noise machine and box fan to help. We only needed the white noise machine at night. Would stay again!
